RALLY FOR JOBS!!!Vision Long Island is joining the Long Island Federation of Labor, WBAB & Rock Band Blue Oyster Cult tomorrow at 4PM outside the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, for a rally for jobs urging Nassau County residents to support the August 1 referendum to build a new Nassau Coliseum! Building the Coliseum will create jobs and opportunities for Long Island’s workforce. It will stop the cycle of high taxes and unemployment that plague the County. The alternative is unacceptable: a vacant coliseum and an empty parking lot. We need new jobs and new sources of revenue so we can reverse the course Nassau County is on and rebuild our communities.
