Dear member of the Smart Growth Working Group,

On Friday, March 7th from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm, the Smart Growth Working Group will be holding a worksession at the Sustainability Institute at Molloy College, located at 7180 Republic Airport in Farmingdale.

The main topic of this meeting will be Wastewater Infrastructure. The agenda will include a presentation by Nassau County on the plans to update the Bay Park Sewage Treatment Plant, an update by Suffolk County Legislator Kate Browning on the Mastic-Shirley Sewer District.

Town updates will include Babylon, Islip, Huntington, and Brookhaven, as well as local updates for the Long Island Lobby Coalition, the Complete Streets initiatives, and Transit Oriented Development projects from arounf the region.
